Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 타이어 소음측정장치에 관한 것으로, 도로 주행 시 노면과 마찰되는 타이어의 소음을 직접 측정하여 이를 개발차량의 실험에 적용시켜 차량의 구조에 따른 실제적인 타이어 소음을 측정 및 분석함에 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 타이어 소음 측정시스템(1)을 차량(V)의 후미에 장착하여 실제 도로 주행 중 노면과의 마찰에 의해 발생되는 타이어의 소음을 측정한 후, 이와 같이 측정된 타이어 소음을 실차측정시스템(50)을 통해 실차무향풍동장치에서 실험되는 개발차량(V')의 차륜부위에 재생시켜 이를 측정·분석하여 개발차량과 타이어 소음의 관계를 분석하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
PURPOSE: A system for measuring noise of tire for vehicle is provided to directly measure noise of the tire rubbing against a road surface during driving. CONSTITUTION: A system is attached and detached on a tail of a vehicle(V) with a joint(13) and comprises a trailer(10); a deformation absorption device(20); a rotation supportive device(30); and a noise measurement device. The trailer comprises a noise measurement chamber(11), forming an empty space to measure noise generated by a rotating test tire(T) rubbing against a road surface, and a load carrying chamber(12), carrying loads(12b) for increase or decrease of weight. The deformation absorption device is fixed in the noise measurement chamber(11) of the trailer to absorb displacement of the tire moving up and down on a road surface. The rotation supportive device supports the tire to freely rotate. The noise measurement device records noise of the tire transmitted into the noise measurement chamber of the trailer. A real car measurement system replays noise of the tire measured by the tire noise measurement system on a wheel part of a developing vehicle tested in a real car anechoic wind tunnel device to measure and analyse. The real car measurement system comprises a replay system, replaying noise of the tire recorded by the noise measurement device, and a measurement system, measuring noise replayed by the replay system in a car room to analyse.
